Insurance and Billing

We accept most insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. Contact Amie by calling (616)534-3362 or e-mail her at finances@doctorhur.com with any questions.

We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards, HSA and Flex Spending cards.
